By accessing or using Synclang (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the content you submit, store, or process through the Service, and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions. We do not assume any responsibility for user content and are not liable for any loss, corruption, or disclosure of such content. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred (100) USD if no such payments were made.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we are headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts located there to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

12. Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
